As we all know Google loves to doodle, usually they change their logo for a particular holiday. Google decided to commemorate the 57th anniversary of the first barcode patent by changing their logo.

TechCrunch reports that the Google logo bar code spells out “Google” using Code, which they describe as “a standard way of encoding ASCII character strings.
