Web links to 10 sites providing WordPress themes. These are mainly pay as you go or subscription sites although first 2 are free and downloadable. Link to WooThemes is out of date, as there appears to be a DNS server problem.

Your correct some of those sites are subscription based, which contain probably the best themes out there for wordpress.
